The Asia-Pacific Green Network (APGN) is a network of national Green parties in countries in the Pacific Ocean and Asia, and is a member of the Global Greens.
Greens Parties from 13 member nations met in February 2005 in Kyoto, Japan to found the network.
APGN took the opportunity to meet again at the Global Greens Conference is Sao Paulo, Brazil in May 2008.
The Global Greens seeks to: promote the Global Green Charter among the Green Parties of the world, as well as kindred groups and society at-large; stimulate and facilitate action on matters of global consequence; and deepen communication among Green Parties and Federations.
